JyK Compás is a London-based guitar duo blending Spanish and Latin influences with a modern live repertoire. Built around two guitars, tight arrangements and optional vocals, their sound brings together the warmth of nylon-string guitar, rhythmic acoustic playing and a contemporary approach to familiar songs.

Their sets move naturally between laid-back background music and more energetic, crowd-focused performances, making them equally suited to hotel lounges, restaurants, drinks receptions, weddings, corporate events and private parties. Rather than presenting themselves as a traditional flamenco act, JyK Compás take well-known music and reinterpret it through their own style, drawing influence from Spanish guitar, Latin rhythms, acoustic pop and modern live performance.

Expect recognisable songs given a fresh twist, alongside instrumental favourites, vocal numbers and more intimate guitar-led moments. The result is a flexible live set that can sit comfortably in the background when the room calls for it, or step forward and become a real focal point of the event.

With a polished sound, strong visual identity and a setup that can work across a wide range of venues, JyK Compás offers something distinctive without ever feeling overcomplicated. It is live music with character, atmosphere and just enough edge to stand apart from the standard acoustic act.
